  • Buildings A-D have coin-operated laundry room in each building and each apartment has a wall-unit air conditioner.
  • Buildings E-M have a washer and dryer in each apartment, as well as central air conditioning. Renters in Buildings E-M are responsible to pay for all utilities, including heat.
